"Best Cajun food in Texas. Perfect crawfish etoufee. Recommend it all. The blackened catfish served over fried green tomatoes and crawfish etoufee over all of it is simply a culinary delight! The bread is Naw Orleans and super good. Shrimp tastes fresh, not overbreaded. Reasonable prices. Frozen packs of homemade Cajun cooking items available like stuffed, spiced chicken with boudin balls, and wrapped in bacon. We go out of our way to get there. Don't forget the boiled crawfish when in season. Also, the best Cajun cabbage made. Love it!"

"Good little restaurant. Service was very good. Their French Fries with roast beef and gravy are extremely delicious. It will be enough for two people to share. The Po Boys are good, plenty of food for sure."

"Man what a meal!! Swamp balls were great. The etoufee was just spicy enough to bring out the taste of the boudin. The texture delta from the thin crunchy outside to the soft warm rice and meat was welcoming. Followed by the original stuffed- fried shrimp were crispy and done well, crawfish in the hollowed hoagie were great. I’d definitely eat here again and try the next menu items."

My favorite Po Boy is the Swamp Thing - this time decided to try the Boudin Po Boy and like everything else, packs flavor and is a generous size. Also recommend grabbing some Boudin from the “grab-n-geaux” on your way out. All around great food and people!"
