The Magnolia Pancake Haus 17730 Interstate 35, Schertz, TX 78154

"This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was not impressed. The dish I ordered was not good; the seasonal special - the Southwest Poblano Cream Omelet. The sauce poured over the omelet had a very distinct 'made a few days ago' taste and the cubed chicken was disgusting. I'm pretty sure it came straight from a 1960s whole chicken can manufactured for post-war survival. I never want to see that thing again. On the bright side, the blueberry pancakes are quite delicious compared to the omelet... light, buttery, and a good amount of blueberries. Also, the hash browns are well done with a great crust for that perfect crunch."

"Ordered Eggs and Brown's with a side of pancakes. Hash browns, eggs with a side of buttermilk pancakes with some freshly squeezed orange juice. Rax ordered chicken and waffle flight and a bacon pancake with regular coffee. Overall very good, I did not like the hash, seems it had been pre-made and re-heated but all other items were good. Frustratingly no prices on the card menu, you have to use a QR code which is strange. Staff were lovely."
