"My wife came up her for her oil change and their employees forgot to tighten the oil drain plug for one and they topped off all the fluids but incorrectly done there’s washer fluid in her oil she drove no more than 100 miles and her vehicle was perfectly fine before the oil change and I know for a fact because I was a mechanic by trade for 10 yrs with ASE Certifications so with that being said I need a high ranking member of management to contact me before I proceed with legal action I don’t have time to waste with court hearings and lawyers but don’t get it twisted because I will I have all of the proper documents to move forward with legal action but I’m willing to give this store shot on making it right this is unacceptable and unprofessional and it is a major inconvenience on my wife and kids the where stranded on the side of the road for 6 hours till someone got to them do you realize how cold it was yesterday it’s unfair for my kids and I Will not tolerate this please contact me at your earliest convenience it s 12:32 on 01/15/2024"

"Worst auto shop in the area. I have been waiting for over an hour to get my defective battery replaced. I bought it here 2 months ago. The auto manager just walked out. He is useless. There is only 1 mechanic working. The other 2 took lunch at the same time. What should have been a 20-30 minute job is now coming up on 2 hours. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"We went over last weekend to get my car's battery replaced. Things went ok at first, and they finished the job quickly. The problem started when it was time to pay because they were asking to pay more than was quoted prior to the job. It wasn't a huge deal, but the problem came when they started to lie about things. I had also asked for an air pressure check, and instead of admitting that they hadn't done it, they began to lie about it being done, and stated that the air pressure sign that I was seeing in the dashboard of the car would disappear after I drove 50 miles... After continuously insisting on my end, they finally checked the air pressure of the tires – and three of them had low air pressure. They had not only lied about doing it, but they also started making excuses instead of taking the blame for their actions. They stated that they had other cars with battery replacement and that could be the confusion, and they also started pinning the blame on each other. The final straw was when I started to talk to the guy who gave me the wrong pricing for the battery change. He started misbehaving and kept arguing until his boss told him to go away. When I had asked for the supervisor earlier, the employees had told me that he'd gone home. He gave me the excuse of everyone being stressed as the reason they were lying and missed the things, and as a reason for me not to try to get answers. Overall, terrible service, terrible customer service, and overall terrible experience."

"Audrey is a rockstar! Super patient, accommodating and friendly. Seems to be running things smoothly. Total asset! Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the time it took, but that’s understandable considering how busy they are and they only have 3 bays. Would definitely come back and recommend!"
