"Put in an order at 1136 and its been an hour. I tried calling them about 10 minutes before posting this and the line has been busy the entire time. The delivery drivers are typically on top of things but it seems the store itself isn't. Would not suggest ordering from this store if you want timely service. UPDATE: Went there in person to find out what was going on and it turns out they had a massive influx of orders. I did end up canceling the order. Overall, the food is good but due to it being one of the few places on post that can deliver without needing to request an access pass to get on post (Doordash, Uber Eats, etc) it can take an unreasonable amount of time for deliveries."

"Delivery by GREG!! Makes this JJ the absolute best location of all!! He delivered my order very expeditiously; everything was correct. After he left, I realized there was no receipt in the bag! (Uh-Oh!) Since he delivered to a hotel, I had his number from when he called me in the lobby... So I called him back & he returned in 90 seconds, receipt in hand!!! Hooray! Thank you very much Greg!!"
