"Mine and my wife's first time to visit there was today as we are still New to Greater Dallas. Found it and what they had to offer there, really, by accident as we weren't looking for it when we saw it earlier today. Though we are in the market for a washer and dryer. BUT, anyway the store was quite nice. A great selection of Scratch and Dent Appliances and what looks to be factory seconds. Or things that for whatever reason failed final factory inspection before it was shipped off to these various BIG BOX stores to sell! In any case they had a wide variety to choose from and a website is available for a much broader selection to choose from as well. Open 7 days a week. Delivery, installation and setup is available for a nominal fee in addition to the overall costs of the appliances. Happy shopping as it looks to be a good place to do business!"

"So I went to the store on Tuesday 8/9/22 to look for a dishwasher. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and asked how can we help you. I told them what I was looking for and that I saw it on the website. Sure enough it was on the floor... It was the easiest purchase I've ever made. Set up delivery n install for Thursday afternoon... The guy showed up Thursday afternoon at my house took out the old one and put in the new. He was very respectful and nice. Very knowledgeable too. Later that evening we noticed that it was dented inside the dishwasher who would have known... It happened in transit from the factory. I emailed the owner Thursday night and he called me right away I wasn't expecting him to get back to me until the next day bc it was after hours. He had guys come out Fri afternoon n swap out the dishwasher. It's now perfect and I'm truly happy and will be back to get other stuff I need for my kitchen... I definitely recommended this store, they truly care about you and will go outta their way to make sure you're happy. Thank you to all the staff who helped me with this."

"Absolutely fantastic! David gave us a great deal on a beautiful new Jennair refrigerator. Then said he could have it installed the next day! The installers were so careful and conscientious. They removed the old refrigerator, shrink wrapped it up and put it on our trailer so we can give it to a friend. Then they installed the new one, adjusted it to the perfect height and secured it tightly. Then they took the time to make sure the doors were adjusted perfectly. Solomon and Wally, a great team! Don’t be concerned about Made being an outlet, our new refrigerator is in perfect condition, not a scratch on it. If I ever need a new appliance Made is where I will go!"

"Anyone looking for a new major appliance has likely faced the same frustrations we did. "Out of stock" and long delivery dates. Even orders cancelled after long waits. We didn't know what to do to find a replacement for our 24" Double Electric Oven which stopped working, when I found Tony and Made Appliance Outlet. His reviews were all excellent. I called Tony on Saturday morning and he told me he had 2 24" Double Ovens in stock. We went to the store and found the perfect Whirlpool Oven. Much to our surprise he even arranged to have it delivered, installed and our old oven hauled away ON THE SAME DAY! So we went from a broken oven to a new Whirlpool oven within about 4 hours. I can't recommend Tony and Made enough. Very polite, professional and great prices. We will be buying all of our future appliances from them! The delivery gentlemen, "Easy" and Wally was extremely professional and efficient as well. They made sure everything worked perfectly. What a great experience!"
