"Would line to give a shout out the crew at Jersey Mikes on Huebner. I placed an online order. I got there about 15 minutes after the estimated ready time. When they asked my name they handed me a bag with the correct first name but incorrect last name. Seems they had given my order to the other John and mine was gone. The manager immediately took charge and pulled two other people to help make my order in a rush. I don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes from the time I arrived. The manager apologized and went above and beyond by giving me two free sandwich coupons. This is the type of service that every employee should drive for in the food service industry."

"I have eaten at this location and always have a pleasant experience. The employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is always made the way I like it. I recently used them for a catering order and Jasmine made the who experience smooth. She was GREAT! Everything made fresh and delivered. Everyone enjoyed their food. I will definitely use them again! The whole process from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful!"

"Let's start off by saying it's hard to find places to eat seeing as I have a gluten and lactose intolerance. With that being said Gabriel was able to accommodate my dietary needs and was so with a smile on his face. He was kind and polite. The place wasn't packed not because it was slow but because the crew was on top of their game. As my wife and I walked in the tables were being cleaned and we were greeted with hello and welcome. If more places were like this the world would be a better place. Thank you again Gabriel you made our day."

"We discovered this place a few months ago and things were off to a great start. I thought we had found an alternative sandwich location as we enjoyed the food - it was fresh and ready promptly for pickup. Unfortunately, over a relatively short time, the order completion & quality assurance started to diminish. A few constructive feedback messages were sent to help the store address the concerns, but they still persist. Not every single time, but enough for you to realize they're not really paying attention or perhaps they just don't care. Recently, after placing an order online, I was informed via frantic call back they were out of white bread. (I'll give 'em credit for the quick catch.) I'm aware this is a new store & mishaps like these can happen, but, in the end given our history with this location, their apparently lack of follow-up, and the last order also having issues ... I guess it's back to looking for another sandwich alternative. Quite sad really. Jersey Mikes has a lot of potential."
