"I really like the Castle Hills location because it's always consistent and the staff is always on point. The manager at this location really appreciates his customers and treats his staff with the upmost respect. The photo I posted is a deliciously tasting fajita taco with a floor tortilla well toasted just the way I like it. Update: Wanted to try something new at Las Palapas and decided on the Enchiladas Con Crema which turned out to be an excellent choice. It's 3 shredded chicken enchiladas covered with crema sauce and topped with Monterey Jack cheese and fresh cilantro. Highly recommended!!"

"Stopped in before the sun came up for tacos. Went right in and was greeted immediately. Paid and received my order. Painlessly. Staff polite. Cleanliness great. So I posted a good review as soon as I walkes out. However, the Food was not as expected, a bean and cheese usually is seasoned and hot. The cheese wasn't melted and beans were cold. It was cold that morning but even the tortilla was cold. Dissatisfied but of course I don't complain. But I hope that my experience will help someone else who might."

"The service and caring of the staff was beyond compare. Regulars were warmly welcomed back and the food was fantastic and affordable. It became our go to restaurant. My partner is not a fan of Mexican food, but she would suggest we go to Las Palapas. Wish they were in Hawaii."

"Was not impressed with their beef enchiladas. Drinks are way overpriced! Yes they do have specials but, I don't like chicken fajitas on Thursday nights. Had bean cheese nachos they were very good. Enjoy!"

"!DANGER! SERVED RAW CHICKEN !ALERT! We habitually get breakfast tacos from there and they were usually good, the potato and eggs were good on Thursdays but not Tuesdays. Then we stray one time and get raw chicken in our nachos. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious health hazard. Very dangerous. This Palapas lost our trust. Stay away from this place. If you have nowhere else and absolutely HAVE to get food from here I STRONGLY advise others to check their food thoroughly when received. It would behoove you to skip this location entirely."
