"I ordered a 12 PC. Family meal. When I got home was so upset because the chicken was burnt & all the food was cold. The biscuits were not even soft at all. The food looked like it had been sitting out. Was not fresh! Should have known that was going to happen because as soon as I paid, the food was given to us soon after. That food should not have been given anyone because of possible food poisoning! Unacceptable for a restaurant chain."
