"Placed an online order that I never got because I sat in the drive thru for 10-15min last night and the line never moved once. I did it make it to the ordering station but was never greeter. I would at least have liked to let be known when its gonna take longer or when service isnt available"
"Lady giving food was rude. They didn't fill up my frozen dr pepper I ordered 2 of them. She gave me attitude that I asked her to fill them up. And she starts laughing than grabs them from my hand. She lucky I had my daughter in the car. Never will go back to this place."
"Did the mobile order. Went through drive thru. I was the only one there. Took 15min to get a sausage egg & cheese muffin, hash brown and coffee. Could not even get anyone's attention. Finally did and asked for a refund and she said my food was ready. I took the food but NOT happy with the service...sorry LACK of service."
"I asked to have my big Mac sauce on side because this location slathers too much sauce on. They told me to tell the "next window" my request. Of course the f'd it up by slathering the big Mac with sauce & ASSUMED I just wanted extra sauce on side. Just gross & super lazy. Oh & the cashiers never know how to "round up" for charity."
"I placed an order for delivery via Grubhub. When the food arrived it was in a tamper proof bag that contained everything. Everything was stacked so neatly. The food was still hot when it arrived. The sweet tea was delicious! Super sweet and not watered down! I was pleased with the order !"
