"Ordered a cheesy Gordita Crunch in the drive thru, when I pulled it out of the bag it wasn’t properly wrapped and upside down in the bag. Had to scoop my toppings out of the bottom of the bag."

When we finally got through to get our order, the Taco Bell employee explained the order in the first of two cars ahead of us was lengthy and complicated. She said it was unusual."

"Every time I visit this store my order is never right. I keep thinking if my order is simple maybe they will get it right, but I am allergic to tomatoes so clearly that's hard to accommodate. Last time I went I specifically stated no tomatoes and EVERYTHING had EXTRA tomatoes. If I didn't check my food due to always being cautious I may have ended up in the hospital. So fast forward to today, get the same order surprisingly no tomatoes on my crunch wrap but they also didn't add any meat or even the tostada shell, but my burrito still had tomatoes that doesn't even come with tomatoes. This is ridiculous and their negligence is disgusting"
