"I use the kiosk. It's slow and terrible. No one was at the counter. Meanwhile, someone comes behind me, goes to the counter and orders from the employee who finally magically appeared. They get their food first. Stupid process design allows for cutting."

"This location always drops the ball. Don't expect to be able to customize your order because it will be wrong. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, no creamy jalapeño sauce, and also some tacos plain and dry meat only. I received a lot of sauce, a very, very small amount of chicken and cheese. Half of the quesadilla was hollow. My tacos were ridiculous. They had lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and a ton of sour cream. My husband said only taco supremes had sour cream and tomatoes, so it was definitely strange that they were in my tacos that were supposed to be only meat. The lady in the drive threw asked for my receipt to be sure I specified plain, but she never gave one to me. She said it would be about 10 mins and that I would have to come inside."
"Worst ever…can’t even get an order correct. First time it’s wrong, it’s irritating, but he 2nd time wrong right afterwards is sad. And fast food workers think they deserve a raise? Asked for only beans and cheese only and sauce. Both times came back wrong and only sauce in the bag the 2nd time through the line."
