I even asked an employee standing at the counter looking at their phone if someone was available...I was told someone would be right with me.... I was the 1 of 2 customers.. seriously wish I had not wasted my time driving from Ft Worth to Grapevine just to leave with no pricing. Nothing accomplished but a poor customer service experience and 2 hours wasted on a Saturday I needed to find new faucets!!!"

"In case you're thinking you want to "shop local," be forewarned... This company will take your order, take your deposit, give you an ETA on your product, and then you're on your own... I called today to follow up on my order and was told I would have a call back in 30 minutes. Four hours later, shortly before they were to close for the day, I called back to find out why my call had not been returned. The saleswoman I had worked with explained that we were now 90 days out on the arrival of my order -- that's longer than the order was supposed to take in the first place. When asked why I had not been apprised of this, I was told she could not keep up with every change and that this is just the way it is. If you are ok with an ever-changing, ever-growing wait time, this is your store. If not, you might want to look somewhere else..."
