"There was a wait for the table, which was expected for a Saturday night. Our waiter came by shortly after we sat and was very attentive throughout the night. Our appetizer came out and my husband got his salad that comes with his dinner, but the wait for our entrees was exceptionally long. After 30 minutes, the waiter informed us that he had forgotten to put our order in. It was a good thing we weren’t in too big of a hurry. The food was ok. My shrimp and broccoli were way over cooked but the steak was just right. We waited a minute for the check and to our surprise, nothing was comped. Not even an offer for a free dessert or cards for a free appetizer next time. The manager never came over either, which makes me believe the waiter never let his manager know of the situation. Our waiter did offer to go waters. To top it off, I got food poisoning. Needless to say, we won’t be back."

"First I want to commend the manager for excellent customer service and making it right. All the staff I encountered were excellent from the hostess to food runner to the server. The restaurant seems to be short staffed based on our wait times for seating and entree service. Once seated our salads and bread came out super fast. The server was ready to take our order. Our entrees took awhile and came out lukewarm with the exception of the fried okra which was hot and crisp. The meat and other sides were pretty cool to the touch. Our server notified the manager who offered to correct the problem. His customer service was excellent. I imagine post COVID, chains are having a tough time. Overall we had an overall good experience, these causal dining are gonna struggle to stay profitable as food quality drops."

"Met friends for dinner at their selection due to their previous experience at this location. We were seated quickly since we arrived before the rush. The service provided by the staff was acceptable and timely. The meals arrived promptly. The smokehouse Mac and cheese did not disappoint. It had a bold smoky flavor with rich cheesey texture that lit up the taste buds. The Flo Filet was cooked to selection and was juicy. All other meals were to the satisfaction of each member of the group. Management came by twice during meal to ensure out experience was to our standard and theirs. Server was good but it took some time between each visit to table and to get the checks processed. Overall, we will dine here again."

"I decided to take hubby out for a nice Birthday dinner. I’m so happy we picked Longhorn. The manager Joe and server Austin were both so attentive and made sure everything was Perfect!! The service was superb and the food was Oh So Yummy. I highly recommend!! Definitely 10 out of 10!!"
