"Went through drive thru just now. Girl at the intercom said they were out of crispy chicken. Said original was fine. She said it would be 10 minutes. We waited. It was 25 minutes. And I had to remind her. She runs the food out. We ordered 2 chicken breasts. She brought 2 thighs after all that. Completely ridiculous how bad this place is. Never going again. Think they’ll eventually be out of business anyway. So horribly run."

"Good fast-food chicken restaurant. Dine in seating is available, very clean and comfortable. Whether you prefer take out or dine in, you will find their chicken dishes delicious."

"My kids wanted macaroni so we came here at 8pm. We asked if the inside was open and one of the workers tells us they only have certain food available. Said they only had certain pieces of chicken.. no macaroni. I asked if they closed at 10pm and he said no they close at 9pm so i guess they don't make anything new the last hour. Also Kfc update your hours because you turned a whole family away."

"Went to the drive through and 40 minutes later they still didn't have my food done. Went to get my money back and they refunded my credit card but after I looked at the refund receipt she still charged me for the medium pepsi they gave me at the window before I waited 40 minutes to get no food and apparently that medium pepsi was $3.50. I would hate to get a free pepsi for waiting 40 minutes and still not get any food. Every time I've ever went to this location over the years something has been wrong and they never care. I don't go much and will now never go again. Horrible management and apparently ownership."

"My visit started out with a rude individual at the drive-thru, rushing me to place my order despite there being no one else in the drive-thru. Come to find out that rude person was JOSE GUTIERREZ, the MANAGER of the establishment of all people. My order consisted of a family meal and a pot pie meal which made it over a $50 order. I received my one drink first which was supposed to be a Dr pepper with no ice, as I ordered it. It had ice in it so I kindly asked for one with no ice and they handed me a drink back with more ice than before, the majority of the cup was filled with ice and the rest of the way with watered down soda. Then when I checked the food, the gravy for my mash was literally spilling out in the bag where the pot pie was and the cookie that was supposed to come with the pot pie was nowhere to be found. I called the establishment to tell them about the entire situation and the MANAGER JOSE GUTIERREZ insisted that I visited the wrong location, because "they hadn't received any orders with a drink in a while." but I had literally just picked up my food 15 minutes earlier. I approached the situation kindly and wasn't looking to be told I was a liar. I hope this establishment figures out a much better way to commit to providing actual good customer service because what happened to my family and I today was unacceptable. JOSE GUTIERREZ is a MANAGER that needs to be properly retrained and taught that it doesn't take much to be kind to others."
