"Truly love this Madewell! I’m someone who likes to walk around/see clothes in person. I was finally going to invest in new jeans (after a c section and then COVID) the employees couldn’t have been more helpful! They made me feel very comfortable explaining my situation and pulling different styles. I was surprised with the ones I loved the most! They were ones I’d never pick for myself, but looked amazing on. I now only go in (this) location when buying anything from Madewell."

"Visited the store today. I came in with a few screenshots of jeans I was looking for. I honestly thought no one was going to help or greet me, until an employee asked if I needed any help, after 10 - 15 min. of searching for the jeans I was looking for. I hear a couple customers greeted that came in after me, so it made me feel like I was ignored for whatever reason. No one checked on me when I was trying on my options and I needed sizes replaced. I’ve been to this location in the past, and the customer service has been wonderful. It was the worst experience, service-wise, that I’ve had at this location. I love Madewell, but if I’m paying more for clothing (Madewell is not considered affordable by any means), I expect to have good customer service. I also noticed on my receipt a name for an employee who helped me, when I was never asked at check-out if anyone did."
