"I visited the store a few months ago.but today 16th December 2023, I could said I receive the worst attitude in this store a blond skinn lady, my wife ask something abour the material and she response to my wife in the rudest way I never see, I remember her, white blouse I didn't get her name because in that moment I decide to drive back to Fort Worth and find my boots in Cavela's. Just a tip " lady if you think it's not your day, call your job sick and let the good workers do the work... And look for another place far away from people who need to ask""

"Not what I expected. Ordered them online and expected quality boots, especially buying direct from Justin. I posted some pictures of the boots and they speak for themselves. The boots I received looked nothing like they did on their picture online. They looked like if they had been used, my old Justin boots don't even have the leather as wrinkled as the leather on the new ones, and I have been wearing those boots every day for 2 years. It also looks like they put alot of dye on one spot, and there are even run lines on it. Either their quality check sucks and needs better inspection, or they just tried to pull a fast one on me. I did not expect this from Justin."
