"I will NEVER give this company my business again. Horrible customer service. I attempted to order a pair of jeans for my daughter on Cyber Monday while they were on sale but when I clicked submit order the sale price went away and it charged me full price. I called customer service and the first person I talked to was rude and then their cell phone rang, they answered it and hung up on me. The second person I talked to was a little nicer but they still refused to cancel my order and refund my money. Even after he admitted he could see that was was charged the wrong price he refused to adjust the price. It had been a whole 10 to 15 minutes and they said it was too late to cancel and I would have to wait until I received it and then return it if I didn't want it."
