"The food is what you would expect from a fried chicken place. It's good. The atmosphere at this particular location is awful! Every time we have been here the place is full of junior high and high school aged kids unaccompanied by parents. They are loud, obnoxious, and cuss constantly. Management does not do anything about it. Don't take your kids if you go."

"The only reason I am not giving this four stars is, because once out of the few times I have been there, the ketchup machine was broken and when I asked for ketchup packets, they simply stated they would fix it in a few moments. Plus when I ordered my sandwich on this day, it was light on the canes sauce. That’s not a big enough deal for me to complain, but I would feel a little excessive if I gave it a perfect score knowing that 25% of my visits Were lesson satisfactory in my opinion. Other than that, the service is always super quick, and the chicken is super fresh, hot, and crispy. Sweet tea is never old and always perfectly sweetened to my liking, but I know that varies from person to person. I genuinely feel confident that every time I go here, I’ll have a good meal. The people who were here are friendly, and even the drive-through goes quick."

"The absolute worst service possible ☹️ When I asked to see the "manager" she walked away as soon as I started to explain the issue with the boy who had taken my order. Please DO NOT go to this place. The upper management should do something if they really care. The portions have become smaller and the prices have gone up. Cane's was one of my favorites but I am not going there anymore. There are better fast food places."
