"Just stopped by here to check battery. It was too much for him to come out of the shop to test battery. Then he goes back without saying anything while I waited outside. After a while he comes back and said I am waiting for you to come in. What’s wrong with communication? Then he showed me battery is bad. I asked do you carry the battery he said go get battery in the shop. I said I know the battery number upon hearing that he ignored me and left. Had to wait very ling He kept until someone else saw me and asked if I am being helped. Is that how they server customer?"

"My son goes to school not far from this location. His car wouldn't start. We got it jumped and took it to Auto Zone to have the battery tested. They tested the battery and it failed. Not surprising as it was the original battery. The young man that helped us out, sold us a battery and installed it for us. He didn't bust my chops on getting the most expensive battery but did give me options. A great experience from start to finish. Thank You."
