"I will never recommend this location to anyone. This guy name KD was very unprofessional and rude. Acts like he knows it all and wouldn't let me speak. I was just trying to see if a battery was still under warranty and he basically told me to take it back to the store i purchased the battery from. I told him that I purchased the item in Louisiana. So he told me to call that store and get all type of information about the battery. I'SNT THAT YOUR JOB? He said if he do it, he'll get back to me whenever. Very unprofessional"

"I don't know why the site and the store employees don't know how to update their product inventory but this isn't the first time I tried ordering something and on the site it says they're in stock but they're not. It's ridiculous"

How convenient for the warranty on their parts. Pathetic! I will never step foot in Advanced again"
