"Not serving people today I guess, I waited at the register for 10 min while employees speaking ONLY Spanish kept brushing me off walking up to the counter pretending to do something laughing and then walking off. I finally got the managers attention. But she did the same thing, "momemto" literally all they said to me for 10 min. I was finally uprupt and said "should I just leave, or can I pay for my order? I saw these people order and they just finished eating, and these people behind me arrived not much later, I proclaimed." It's one thing not to be able to communicate to a place of business, but to intentionally ignore guest and then not even have any sense of hospitality is absurd for any restaurant. To top that off, iv been waiting over 10 min for a single double cheeseburger. And I'm still waiting..."

"The people are generally friendly and try to fix any issues that I have brought up. They work with what they have! And that is going to include short staffing a lot of time, I expect! It feels funny reviewing a fast food place, but I'll just say that I'm glad that they are here, existing. Recently this location in particular went through a big quality overhaul, I can tell, so it's kinda pleasant to know that they are reading those surveys and making changes for better future experiences. I had the BEST caramel sundae from them last Saturday. I had just taking a long exam and was craving that sugar. You could feel the warmth of the sauce, and boy they filled that bad boy up. Not sticky around the cup, which is much appreciated. The sauces I ask for are correctly bagged 95% of the time. You get napkins, you get ketchup if that's your thing. I would not recommend going too late at night if you can help it."

"There were several homeless guys just hanging around the speaker boxes begging for food and money. My kids were nervous something was going to happen. None of the staff did anything about them being there. And for an added bonus, I got sick from the Hot N Spicy chicken sandwich."

"Food was fine. Had to go in at 10:30 am because drive thru lines were too backed up. Turns out I would have been better off in drive thru because inside was slower. Staff were nice, though."

"The food quality here is very consistent, it literally looks like the commercials, plump fresh bun, juicy beef patties, everything always tastes much better than the rest of the McDonald's I have ever been to."
