"Since this is the location closest to me, I've stopped in multiple times and this is now the second time that I've seen the same employee be rude to customers. I stopped in the store earlier this week and while shopping I had overheard another rude interaction between the employee and a customer. A little after their conversation and the other customer left, I tried to ask the same employee (I believe his name was Trey) if they happened to have any sizes in the back and he quickly snapped at me saying no and walked off. I get having bad days but I've seen the same employee mistreat multiple customers."

"I was just in this store shopping and I understand that some stores still require mask but I was shocked at how rude the staff were in here, two customers were checking out at the same time one was a white woman and a Hispanic guy both without mask. The young man behind the counter checked out the white woman and then a young man in a pink shirt (employee) told the Hispanic man that he wouldn’t be helped because he did have a mask. Just to reiterate neither has mask at the same counter. Who would off thought a nice brand like vineyard vines would allow such things as like that to go on in the store. I dropped all the merchandise I was holding and walked out shocked. I will not support a brand that allows for that in this in 2021"
