"Trashy awful place. Food cold and they continually prepare the burgers incorrectly. When I showed the employees and manager, they refused to make my order over correctly! Ya, crazy, huh?? Their customer service is severely lacking but at least this matches the quality of their food. What happened? McDonald's used to be a reliable place to get a mediocre overpriced burger. Now, this place has continually proved they can sink lower! If you want a burger, go only 1/4 mile away to SONIC. They're delicious! And Chick-fil-A is also nearby at Parmer and Mopac. Don't come to this McDonald's. They literally DO NOT CARE about the customer nor the food they prepare."

"I went for their iced hazelnut latte. Very addictive until one day you get sick with diarrhea. Their food taste nothing like it use to. Plus, they charge more but offer a smaller version of the fish burger I use to enjoy. It looks more like it is for a child's meal. The fish burger does not taste like it use to either. Staff was nice and attentive."

"I’ve always felt this McDonald’s was a five star worthy but after my experience eating inside, I felt compelled to leave this review. I made the mistake of choosing drive-through, but I was actually trying to dine in the rep, helping me in the front went out of her way to make sure my food was fresh. The reason this McDonald’s is five star worthy is because the food is always fresh and the people are always kind. Thank you for your services my friends. I’ll be seeing you guys soon. Quarter pounder w cheese I ordered plus mayonnaise (I do recommend w tomato)"

"We dropped in here as we weee passing. The place is clean and new and tidy. Clean tables. Fast service. Egg McMuffins were hot and good. Coffee was a bit bitter and needed a few sugars… I never have sugar so it was definitely bitter. Reasonable though"
