"The store was clean and in order. Pricing was clear and easy to determine. The selection was good and well stocked. The issue comes in customer service. There were multiple employees but none were attending to customers on the floor. When we went to checkout, there were 4 employees behind the counter. One was checking everyone out while the other 3 stood around and talked. There were 5 customers in line to check out. Not one of them even would speak to customers after looking straight at us. The one employee handled everything and the sad part was I think 1 of the others was the "manager on duty". For the prices they charge, a little customer service is expected. We won't be back."

"This older lady, I think she was Vietnamese was giving so much attitude when I was paying. But this girl with glasses and bangs helped me find my items! Over all I love the store!!"

"This store location has gone down hill vs the parks mall location that has more better customer service and willing to actually help the customer . They say they offer curbside but will not answer the phone after rings to bring out order too you when they can and young girls who answer are not polite and unpleasant . There also a manager or manager in training not sure full name I got N something who was on duty today April 27 between 1-2 a Hispanic girl and just very rude and not trying to provide good service for pickup order . Whoever is in charge of this location needs to get better for training there employees how to speak and help customers . Hollister has very nice clothes for all money you pay so service should never slack if so , it’s because of the poor hiring ."

"Hello, I had went to Hollister at Hulen mall on Thursday, January 6th around 3:30 pm . As I was shopping there was no worker in sight .We saw one worker come in and immediately went to the back.I also noticed there was no one on register to help this young lady the entire time I was shopping which was around 15 minutes. Finally I got in line behind a young man and waited another 10-12 minutes and still no sign of anyone but I've worked customer service before so I understand some things takes time.Finally the young man in front of us called the store and informed them very nicely that there was a line of 6 people waiting at the register.This prompted three girls to come from the back.They all looked annoyed to be there and didn't bother to greet or apologize for the wait. I got ringed up by a blonde woman who didn't offer a smile.As soon as the man was out of sight she turned to her co-workers and told them he was the one who called and rolled her eyes talking about him condescendingly stating there was no line.The same line me and my sister waited in for 12 minutes.I understand being annoyed that someone called her out for not doing her job.But talking bad about a customer in front of other customers.As well as the wait we all had .To not even get an apology or greeting was super unprofessional."

"It’s a good store, cute selection of clothing. They have a buy one get one 50% off (almost everything) which is good but they just have a bin with trash in the middle of the store? It stinksssss. It has water inside as well so idk if it was for a leak and people just started throwing trash in there but they could at least remove it, now that it’s filled with trash and stinking up the place. And next time place a plastic bag in it to avoid trash build up."
