"I just ordered a breakfast sandwich and I asked young lady if I could have my bacon crispy. I got my sandwich. The bacon was raw so I went back and ask her why it wasn’t crispy and she was very rude and said she told the lady crispy and there was nothing she could do. I asked her when I ordered the sandwich if I could have crispy bacon and she should have told me no. I was not able to eat the sandwich and I will never purchase from Medici again. The staff was rude and need to learn what Customer Service!! She said her name was Cynthia but I don’t think she was telling the truth. Very bad attitude!"

"Came here for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. When I walked up, I saw them making bacon and egg croissants and asked to order one. The cashier told me they only have bagel sandwiches. I asked if I could get one of those that was coming out of the warmer and she said “That’s what we are eating, not for customers”. They didn’t pay for the items that I saw, but they did make sure they ate it. Wow. I ordered a plain croissant instead."

"Recently visited and this place was the jam. They were actually reasonably fast considering the huge volume of people they were working thru. The cashier was engaged (surprise!). The breakfast taco was tasty (not the best in the airport, but it worked). And, the coffee was spot on. Overall, it was MUCH better than I expected. If the other coffee joints are shellacked (like they usually are), this isn't that bad."

"Thanks for the cinnamon roll. Best one I’ve had in an airport. The person did offer to warm it up. Thought it was kind nut it’s just a bit above room temperature. Next time I’ll ask for longer heat. Nonetheless, I appreciate you being here and having a tasty treat."
