"Brough paper bags in with clothes nicely folded. DEBRA was a complete disrespectful and disgusting person. Said she refused to take in paper bags. Did not say on window. Said no trash bags. She said “we just chased it”. Asked for manager. She refused. Said there was not one on duty. WILL NEVER SELL HERE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. Debra’s attitude was so ugly. I called ahead and she said NO trash bags, no loose and needed to be folded. NEVER said paper bags. Someone needs an attitude check and a professional class taken for customer service."

"I was absolutely mortified today when i drove over an hour to sell some of my clothing and was greated by the rudest lady! I asked if she had a cart lo load my bins on and she laughed and said no.I over looked it because i drove so far and didn't want to haul everything back home. She proceeded to talk poorly about me to her employee, INFRONT of other customers AND me!!!Then, when I called back and asked her name...she lied and told me her name was Melissa which I'm almost positive her name tag said Crystal... and hung up on me! I own a chain of restaurants and would NEVER treat my customers OR employees like she does. Per the reviews, this seems to be a pretty common occurrence. I'm not sure if this is a franchise or owned by one company but someone NEEDS to pay attention to the damage this woman is doing to the Clothes Mentor name!!!! Business Etiquette is a wonderful thing.... just shameful."

"Very few patrons present for 11;30 AM on a Saturday morning. The store has nice (women's only) items but prices are very high for 2nd hand clothing and shoes. I paid $12.99 + tax for the jeans . I found exact same size, color and like condition at Goodwill located just 5 min. away for $7.99 + tax. Next time I'll visit the Goodwill 1st."

"went to sell items today when you call them they tell you you have to pick up same day. today they were so late that you cant and you have to pick up tomorrow. tomorrow i work late sp i cant come to pick it up. i offered to come following morning. that was à big no. even if they dont know whay time they will be done tomorrow i still need to come before they close and after they are done. so basically if they are done by 5 i just have 1 h. and if i cant come in that Window they donate! wonderful service!"
