Waited 24 minutes then I pull up and have to place my order on the app and when I get to the window the damn guy says can u pull up I said no u made me wait 22 and never took my order then u wanna make me pull up after I’ve been here a total of 34 minutes now!!! Nope I won’t move up. He says I’m the only one working register maam I said that’s the easy part! The cooking is the hardest and he said oh really and then walked off. They better not mess up my food! I will never come here again"

"I ordered today through drive thru and the little red head Hispanic girl had a attitude after being told we don't have all of our orders. I literally had to park and go in then she acted like she had no clue how to do her job. Please stop hiring these rude a , no manner having teenagers, if you pissed at the world move around from server window, and to top it off my food was poorly put together"

"I ordered today at 9:00 order #1641 on Parker lane McDonald’s. All that was in the bag was freakin 4hashbrowns and a soda now look at the receipt on the bag that was my order. Which I didn’t get I used Uber because I don’t have a car. Either your people can’t read or they are slower then slow. BIG MISTAKE THEY PUT THE WRONG RECEIPT ON SOMEONE ELSES BAG . "Trying to pick up orders for delivery service and got stuck waiting at the drive thru for over 40 minutes because the whole team decided at 1:23am to all take a break. This is the second time they had 6 cars in the drive thru waiting to place or pick up an order."

"Accepts mobile orders at 11pm, then when you get there you wait in line for 10 min for them to say they are closed. You can't cancel or get refunds on the app so they stole $5 from me"
