"I am changing my review after my last experience. I went i into Randals and tried to give an order at Starbucks. There was a lady around named Skyke just out of the Starbucks section. She saw I came in and she even did not move the leave the entrance free, then I used other entrance. Nobody was there to take my order. Asked her and another girl there they were in a deep conversation and the other girl told me that someone will help me soon. I kept looking around and finally this staff named Skyke came to the counter and asked for my order…! Incredible level of customer service and how ignorant and without respect.. She could at least tell me that she would be taking care of my order 5 mins ago."
