"My order was wrong..ordered a side salad Cesar. Since out ofCesar, , ordered a garden salad. I was given a full salad. Also my brownies was missing. Where do these employees come from. I had a $30 bill when it should have been $20. When I called about my brownie. No sorry. Just I will credit your account. No explanation about crediting either. This was my first time in awhile returning to Schlotzskys. now I remember why.Ticket number DT 510. Host: Diane"
"It was a good experience being my first time eating there the sandwich comes small, medium or large I love the way they melt the cheese on the bread"
"Went through the drive thru today and took forever to get my order. Once I received my order I got back to work and realized my sandwich was not what I ordered. when I called back and spoke to the manager she did offer me a new sandwich on a different day but I wanted my money back on my card instead since I couldn’t make it back. She stated that was fine and I asked for her name so that just in case it wasn’t refunded back I knew who I spoke with. She refused to give me her name. I then noticed something hanging out of the sandwich and there was paper in the sándwich! I then made the decision to go back and show he what i discovered. I was able to get her name from someone else. Her name was Stephanie, all she did was hand me my receipt of the voided transaction and didn’t seem to really care that u found paper in the sandwich all she said was “I didn’t make your sandwich” GREAT RESPONSE STEPHANIE”"
"Food was good, but service was lacking today. It reeked of confusion. I am watching servers wander around with a sandwich and ticket in their hand with a confused look on their faces. Really people!! How hard is it to match the number that you have in your hand with the number on the sign at the table? I went with a friend of mine. We ordered at the same time. He gets his order 15 min after ordering. After 25 min I ask the man behind the counter, who I assume is the manager. He yells something to the back and then ignores me. I ask him if they lost my order and he says they are working on it. Sorry I asked. Look if you lost the order then admit it and apologize. Don't just say your working on it. What you've been "working" on it for 25 min? Anyway, usually its ok. Just today it was pretty bad. It just smelled of confusion from beginning to end. That reflects on Management. That is why I am giving a 3 ***UPDATE*** They have recently remodeled and changed their slogan/look. Ugh..... I like the interior...I guess... They added a phone charging area which is nice. But the slogan..."Austin Eatery"? Yes I know the original store was in Austin, but no one really cares. At lease I don't. Why limit yourself like that. I would have loved to have been in the market research for that. Anyway...the change in look & logo still hasn't fixed the Service problem. Waited in line for 10 min to order and took another 20 min to get order...sigh... still remains 3 stars"
