"Tonight my husband and I went on a date to Capparelli’s, in Fair Oaks, per a recommendation from a client. This was by far one of the best dinning experiences we have had in ages! Orlando our server was so fun and attentive. He gave fantastic recommendations, and made us feel appreciated for visiting! The food was outstanding as well! We had the calamari to start, my husband ordered the chicken capri, and I had the chicken parmigiana over fettuccine alfredo! Mine was so delicious with the red sauce blending with the alfredo sauce. Orlando recommended the combination so I was excited to try it vs just the red sauce over spaghetti noodles like traditional chicken parmigiana. We are thrilled to have found a great Italian restaurant since we’ve never been satisfied with the local choice."
