"I have been to Texas live lots of times, and this was the first time eating at Lockhart. The atmosphere is always a vibe. The service sucked here though…. I felt completely rushed when ordering and really didn’t see those sides with those small portions. The chicken was a little dry. My friends enjoyed their ribs and sausage."
"Enjoyed lunch with my colleagues here during the week. It was delicious! I ordered the beef ribs that fell off the bone, along with Mac and cheese and blackberry cobbler. My coworkers also enjoyed the pork ribs, sausage, and brisket. I really liked how we could serve ourselves pickles, onions, and sauces. The atmosphere is only 4 stars because it was very loud. Would definitely return for some excellent BBQ!"
"The food wasn’t that bad. It was tender and the texture was nice. However, flavor was lacking. It was almost like they didn’t use any salt. Some salt and other spices would have made it perfect. The sauces were delicious though. It was like they depended on the sauce. I’m visiting so maybe that is what it’s supposed to be. But I want the meat to be good without the sauce and the sauce just enhance the food. The mac and cheese was velveeta cheese, therefore not good. The deviled eggs were good. The service was great and the people were very nice!!"
"I loved the seasoning on the ribs and the brisket, I def will be back, I would suggest adding fries or a baked potato to the menu or maybe some fried okra, I did like the Cole slaw too, didn't care too much for the sauce, but the flavor in the meat was great, expect to pay though, will be back"
"Lockhart Smokehouse - Arlington is a BBQ lover's paradise! The slow-smoked meats are melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the sides are the perfect compliment. And, with a fun and casual atmosphere, you'll leave with a full belly and a smile on your face. And here's a joke to add to your meal: Why did the chicken cross the playground? To get to the other slide!"
