"The shop is small but they used their space well and made it easier to sit inside and chat, or just wait for your drink to get away from the heat/cold. The color scheme and mural are beautiful, and great for instagram posts! The coffee is just as good as ever. They’re no longer roasting their own coffee, but they’re currently sourcing from Onyx Coffee Labs, one of the best roasters in the country. The Monarch beans pair great with milk and have a delicious traditional espresso flavor profile. The Geometry beans have a more modern, fruity flavor profile that lend themselves to both espresso and pour-overs. The new cookie menu is out of this world. There are plenty of flavors to choose from, and even a vegan/gluten free option. At 6oz in weight, these cookies are big enough to share with a friend/partner, along with a 20oz drink. The cookies are made in house by the owner, and you can tell he’s enjoying his new job of head baker! It is evident that the baristas know and love what they’re doing. From the pour-over technique, to fantastic recommendations, to latte art, the baristas are some of the best in Austin.
