"The customer service was out of sight here. I think her name was Mesha or something like that. Very friendly lady and really great at up selling items. Went there for just 1 thing and she is so good at what she does I end up buying more than I expected. Keep up the amazing work lady and keep smiling."

"First bad experience at this location. I ordered a sausage mcgriddle and a large caramel mocha (hot).. the top bread was hard so I only ate the bottom one. The coffee taste like water so I went back to have them remake it and the second one taste like coffee with no caramel or mocha. I called the restaurant and keep getting voice-mail. I'm upset cause it feels like I just wasted my money. I forgot to mention it was a lady in the parking lot asking for money. She didn't want food only money."

"This is my first timenin the are and visiting this macdonal at this location. And i have this bad experience with the appearance of the place. It is so dirty. Restrooms are horrible. The kids area is so dirty. I do not recommend bringing your kids to this place. Is so disappointing to see how the staff or people in charge of doing this job are not treating customers well and not creating a welcoming environment. Customers should be treating and receiving a good service regardless of the area or race. At the end Macdonal as the corporation ot is should provided the exact same service and welcoming environment in all their locations."

"The app crashed when it was time to pick up my curbside order, so i couldnt choose a curbside spot OR see my 4 digit code. Tried to wait for a bit to see if someone would come out anyway since the order was placed at 9:52am but no one did and the drive thru line was long. Ended up waiting thru the line (couldnt go inside bc no shoes on since i was expecting to curbside). They ended up telling me there was no curbside order under my name several times and said i couldnt get a refund even w email receipt OR replacement meal bc it wasnt on their system even tho the app screenshot and email said i had my order at that location. Said i had to go thru the app for a refund & when i said i couldnt find an option for that Employee said "i dont know how to use the app, just figure it out" & closed the window on me. So i sat there in my car saying i wouldnt move until they give me a refund or make my food bc i have a receipt. They ended up finding my order sitting there and gave me cold food, a flat soda and cold "hot" coffee and then told me its my fault for calling it a mobile order instead of a curbside order which i never did. Worst experience & by the way, they dont have a phone so dont bother calling them like i tried. By the time i got my cold food it had been an hour already. Ive heard their managers a rude jerk too."

"It just depends when you come in I guess because when I came into the location it wasn't bad at all. There wasn't a ridiculous wait or rude people. It was clean and the lady was really nice. The workers were really working hard and it showed. They had no drive thru line and the inside of the restaurant smelled fresh. The restrooms were clean and I had no complaints this visit. Sometimes during breakfast the line is very long and the wait is crazy but that's to be expected."
