"I was lucky to have found someone’s missing bolt with one of my truck tires. So I contacted Firestone about having it plugged/patched. The tech that handled my call advised me of the process and that there would be no charge for the repair. I set an appointment for the following morning. I get there and it shows no appointment. The young lady working got my info and told me they would call when it was ready. I get there to pick it up and I’m told that I owe $32 & change. I explained the phone call the day before and that I didn’t have the funds with me because I was under the impression it was free. The guy who was doing counter duty could have cared less and told me I could pick my tire up once payed for and that was the only option. It took me the rest of the day working to get the money. I was not given a receipt. Nor was any kind of help offered to put the tire back on my truck. He pointed to my tire and walked off leaving me to roll my tire across the lot, put it in the bed f my truck and once home put it on…I was let down with how things transpired. What happened to providing the Best Possible service to keep a brand going strong? It seems that Customer Service is available if you fit who ever is working , there personal views on the demographics that happen to use there service. And to top things off, my tire still went flat."
"Though I ordinarily avoid these kinds of places and do the work myself due to high prices I had to come here for an alignment. I had some hiccups and needed to get two tires as they were in terrible condition so naturally I was upset and expecting a big price, especially since some of my parts were loose. But when I got there they worked with me and got me a price I was okay paying. Very nice people and I left happy as they did their best to make the customer(myself) leave happy."
