"Walked into a clean and inviting atmosphere. I was greeted by Shelia. She was kind and took her time explaining the menu to me. She also handled my sub with care. I will be definitely coming back for that type of customer service."
"Requested a refund because my order was made incorrectly. I placed the order on your website, as I do with many other fast food places. I ordered correctly but apparently the order was communicated incorrect to the store. Number one, the order took over 20 minutes to make. I was already at the store before it was completed. When I asked for a refund , I was questioned then I was verbally berated In front of several other guest. The tall larger employee processed to tell me that, “I made it right and you ordered wrong. You need to tell the truth!” When I asked if she wanted to argue in front of all the guest in the store, she said, “Yes, you need to tell the truth”. I then asked for her name and she advised she didn’t need to give it to me. This is the first time I have ever had to put up with so much disrespect in front of other guest and another employee. This could have been easily resolved with a simple question on her end like, How can I make it better? Instead, she wanted to tare my sandwich apart and say I ordered wrong. I also told her it wasn’t anything personal and never said, she blatantly made the sandwich wrong. I know sometimes there are glitches in a system. When paying $27 for a sandwich, I would hope it’s made correctly and not have to argue with employees. I can argue and fight for free with others This isn’t what I was expecting from a store visit. No way to contact the manager or owner since the irritated employee must be the one currently in charge."
"It’s close to the office and easy place to come for lunch, they lack in several areas but I can tell that the team wants to create good work. It’s sad that is appears the management or ownership has no place to review this feedback and doesn’t pay attention to the Google reviews. I usually have a decent interaction. However they don’t accept most coupons. Through the app they accept all coupons must be a larger corporate piece that they can’t deny if they want to have customers order through the app. Today I had a very unpleasant sight as I opened up my sandwich that I ordered through the app to use the coupon. A HAIR. One of the worst things. And it was baked into the cheese on my Italian herb and cheese bread. I’ll definitely be taking a closer look before leaving with my food, IF I even return to this location."
"There were no other customers in line. The lady started taking trays of bread out of the oven. I asked if someone could help me..because there was another person in the back. The lady said she would help me but to give her a minute. Then she started fixing two call-in orders and looking at their receipt. I asked again if someone could help me. Again the lady said she would help me but to give her a minute. I walked out and went to another location. Horrible customer service!!! She deserves 0 stars."
