"Culturistic, traditional food. Good customer service, a little high on price for the amount of food they give you especially crema and white cheese. When u ask for chuchitos with pork they will give you pork chops meat instead of the shoulder pork and the masa is watery and soft which means they didn't cook it all the way through. The Guatemalan tamales are the same. I think their quality has gone down since they opened. You're better off getting real Guatemalan food in Garland."
"Very nice people, very clean and good food! The owners are beyond friendly they make you feel like family! I really love their pastries and pupusas! Gracias! Todo deliciosio! Empleadas son muy amables y Dan excelente servicio! Gracias a dios! Encontre este joya Escondida! I can say more but really give them a try!"
"Food here was amazing, very authentic. I had a hard time choosing a dish. Also home made tortillas :) a place I definitely recommend and would go back anytime. The place does need an update look."
"Love this place plus the service was top notch, super friendly and the food was great. We have the Agua Blanca breakfast plate and the tortillas were handmade and freshly made. Recommend to all if looking for a Guatemalan breakfast or food. They made us feel so welcome and heartwarming."
"I’m a Guatemalan living in Texas. I miss my mom’s meals, and searching through the internet, I was able to find this Guatemalan bakery and restaurant. I took my wife and daughter for breakfast, and it was a great visit. The service was excellent, our waiter was very friendly, and it was fun talking to her about where she was from in Guatemala. We took some pan dulce ”sweet bread” home to have with our afternoon coffee. We are definitely coming back for lunch next time."
