"What's the big idea? I'm not holding up the line, no cars behind me, and if I ask, i expect the wait... I was just there like 30 minutes ago and asked for fresh fries and tots, but no, i got hot lamp Louies that tastes lukewarm old shoelaces... cause everything else was good."
"Love their worker Lilly!!! She is the happiest, friendliest ginger out there. She meets you with smiles everytime."
"Food was typical sonic quality but service slow. The patio are was dirty and trash can area had old smelly trash at bottom so not pleasant."
"I am in Grand Prairie from Michigan, training employees on a new system. I searched for a fast food restaurant and found this place 10 minutes away. I ordered a number six, which is an all-beef hotdog. The woman taking my order came to my car and asked which one I wanted. I pointed to the one on the left that showed a hotdog with mustard, onion, and relish. She pointed to that one, and I said yes, just like that. So I want two of those, an order of onion rings and a banana shake. She said okay. A man brought my order out a bit later, and I returned to the office. I took everything out of the bag only to find that both hotdogs had nothing on them, just a hotdog on a bun. Who eats hotdogs like that? Not me. I put the food in the bag and drove back to Sonic. I told the person on the intercom that I had gotten the wrong order. She came out to the car, and I showed her what had happened and tried to return the food, but she said something about another person; then the man that brought my food out the first time came out, and I again told him what happened and showed him. He pointed at the picture of what I wanted, I said yes, and he took the order inside. A short time later, he returned, handed me the bag, and headed back inside. I opened the bag to check my meal, and just as I suspected, they had drenched the hotdogs in mustard, threw a couple of onions and a dab of relish on each, and shipped it. At this point, the hotdogs are cold. The onion rings are cold, and I must return to the office to train the next group of employees in ten minutes. I sat the food on top of the trash can in front of the doors and drove away. I didn't have time to wait for another meal or a refund. I try to be conservative with the company's money while traveling, and I feel bad about wasting it on a throwaway meal. My week-long stay in Grand Prairie will not include another trip to Sonic, even though they are convenient. There are many other alternatives. This is an add-on to my review. The one part of my meal that I could salvage was my shake. Unfortunately, I found this in the bottom of the cup when I was almost finished with the shake. Had they said, I'm sorry, sir, we do not have any fresh bananas. Would you like to order an alternative? I would have done so. I just came back from the bathroom, where I vomited."
