She was our saving Angel we have a very old LG washer and the locking mechanism started not working correctly. Andy was professional efficient quick, and just simply an angel. She relayed that she had it in stock. I drove from Weatherford all the way to her store and greeted me with a smile and a sparkle. I highly recommend Mandy for employee of the Month."

"Over priced. The older lady on the phone told me $50 dollars for the part and then after she tries to take my credit card it jumps to $79 dollars. Just go to the appliance shop in hurst. They are more honest"

"These women in here have a very bad attitude they’re very aggressive. They don’t listen to what you say. I try to get a part and they hurried me out of the out of the store. They didn’t even try to help. I will never step foot back in this store, as long as those women are in control of customer service. My review is not based on the parts they carry, but by the way I was treated from the moment I walked into the store. Attitudes don’t dictate inventory. Poor Customerservice is a choice."
