Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews 3165 Regent Boulevard, Irving, TX 75063

"The service was very bad. Asked numerous times for items such as a fork. The server didn't wait for the entire drink order and when called back she said she was just going to get water instead. Hubby ordered tastes of the sickies beer, and all 4 glasses were filthy with lipstick and food smeared on glasses. Ordered a Rueben and a blown tire burger. Both were tasty. Even knowing it was our 1st visit instead of asking us what flavors we wanted she stated she just picked them for us. The food wasn't amazing enough to offset the long waits and bad service. They do have military and 1st responders discounts."

"This is a cool restaurant with excellent parking. I loved the car theme mixed with sports bar. This restaurant had plenty of hamburger and drink options. The burgers were slightly too greasy. The fries were hot and delicious. I liked the option to add different seasoning to the fries. The burgers could have used a little more seasoning like a pinch of salt. Black Approved"

"I can't really attest to the atmosphere as I picked up a to go order for lunch, but im sure it's cool. Service was fine, the order was ready on time and the person working was polite and friendly. As for the food, I am giving them an extra star (4 instead of 3) as I have a feeling it's what I ordered. I got the macaroni and cheese burger. Which is a meat patty, Mac and cheese, and bacon shreds only. The Mac and cheese was pretty standard. But even with a good portion of it the burger seemed a bit dry overall. The patty was cooked well, and still had some ever so slight pink which is nice to see, but the texture was dense. I will return to try their other offerings though. As for the fries, they were good. Not super crispy but that is the downside to placing to go orders. The fries get steamed in the box. I wish more places would open the vents in Styrofoam to go containers and/or not bag them until they are picked up but that is being picky and would be far less streamlined I realize. The seasoning I chose for the fries was the Rusty Bucket which was a fancy seasoned salt - delicious. Portion wise it's a good sized burger and a plentiful amount of fries. Im a big dude and am quite full. With that said, I will be back but I wouldn't get the Mac and cheese burger again, maybe if there was some extra sauce like a beer cheese on it or something... Anyway.. I look forward to trying their other burgers, appetizers and "bar food" as I feel like those may be where they really shine."

"This is a great place for a great burger and a cold draft. I have been looking for great burgers here in the Dallas area, and I have found one. The environment is great for a sports club, it was clean, the staff were friendly and I loved Will's honesty when it came to our inability to decide on appetizers. We will definately be back! Oh my gosh, the jalapeño creamed cheese corn was amazing! Be sure and try it!"

"Stop by this place one evening after a kickball game and really like the atmosphere. I like the tvs all over the place, especially since it was Thursday and Thursday Night football was on. Our server was great. She did an excellent job. The food was decent. They didn't have lemon pepper wings, so that was disappointing, but still was pretty good. I'll go back. Hopefully, they will have lemon pepper wings!!"
