"Poor customer service. Late on a payment and they talk to you like you’re a person who never makes payments. My stuff is almost paid off and they wouldn’t change my payment dates after I have said several times it has changed. Once this stuff is paid off I will NEVER use them again."

"Applied last Monday, paid the $10 to hold the product. Received a messages 2 hours later. Than the person started responding for a hour. Than no more responses. Next day I text him, no response. Next day I called, the guy there told me the guy that sends text isn’t here so I have to call back which is unprofessional. Okay he’s on lunch, you work there, if you have good customer service, you would say Joe is on lunch but I may be able to help you. You can easily pull up my account just like he can. That’s the definition of poor customer service and laziness. Idk who manages that office but he definitely needs to reevaluate his team and make adjustments. I wouldn’t be surprised if there numbers are low just on the customer service. A week later still no response, at this point I already just decided to buy the product in cash somewhere else. Due to your lack of communication, you lost a sale and a new client. I hope o get refunded my $10 to because I feel like all my time was wasted with this place."
