"Went tonight and their iced teas not good. Tasted watered down didn't taste like their bagged teas. Felt like I was drinking water. Gross."

"Every single time I come to this Starbucks they NEVER make my drink correctly. They always put the same amount of pumps in my drink as a standard drink would come with and I can always tell because it’s too sweet to drink! Then when I ask them to remake it, they remake it the same way and it’s still too sweet to drink! Unreal. Starbucks- make people their drinks as they order them not the standard way because you’re lazy."

"This location is convenient and I used to like going to this Starbucks but it really depends on who is working. Normally I have a good experience but today wasn't one of those days. The barista didn't seem to want to be there and wasn't real friendly. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and I was not impressed. I basically got a cold coffee, there was very little cream. I didn't want to go back and complain. I just added my own cream (which I could've saved the money and made my own cup at home). Because of the inconsistency, I will stick to the Starbucks up the street from now on."

"I love Starbucks but this particular location has horrific service. My friend and I have been there three separate times and the staff is always standing around drinking and talking and on their cell phones. They continually interrupt taking our orders with shouts to another person to confirm they have those items, only to come up later and inform us they are out of those items. And if we order food, it is almost always cold in spots and not completely heated up. One time I ordered truffle mac 'n' cheese and it came out completely frozen in the middle still. Some staff members definitely need to be fired for their flippant and even rude attitudes towards their job and the customers."

"Starbucks kicks butt relative to other coffee shops but these guys/girls even kick butt relative to other Starbucks stores! They are so friendly and always ask me about my day or what new things I've been doing. They make me feel valued. It's not necessary but it certainly makes your day that much better. And speed is never an issue with them. They are always on top of things."
