"I hate to give bad reviews, however when an experience is extreme in negative terms it’s worth noting. Ordered the chicken sandwich and the bun was as hard as a hockey puck. Getting the food took an excessively long time so it was a bummer to bite into it and worry about shattering my teeth. On a good note, the manager was very nice and refunded us. In addition, the orange scone and autumn soup were very good."

"Panera has a very good selection of meals, especially subs with delicious breads options! One of the best breads in the US for sure. In this store I’d been a service not very good, like cold coffee ! They need to improve the service I this specific store."

"Unfortunately, the buffalo chicken sandwich was a huge disappointment.  The flavor was off, and half-way thru it was decided to give up on it. However, the breakfast egg white sandwich was delicious. The eggs were cooked just right and the ingredients were fresh.  We also had a bagel; it was large with a terrific amount of sesame seeds. It was toasted well. It tasted fine, but was nothing to write home about. I think trying it untoasted would show the quality better. The chocolate chip mufflie was a fun treat later. It was soft, with a firm edge."

"I stop at Panera yesterday and decided to try something different, worst mistake ever. The new pepperoni mozzarella melt toasted baguette, I cut it and took a bite. It’s nothing but bread, no meat, sauce or cheese and for $10.49 for the sandwich and $17 for a meal it should have been much more better then just some dry bread with a couple pepperoni’s on it."

"I am a fan of the food at Panera, you can get healthier food- fast. This location is better than most I have been to! The staff were friendly, although there didn't seem to be very many of them for the Sunday afternoon I visited. It's a busy shopping center, so I was surprised about that! There was a bit of a wait (5-10 min.) In line. Also, none of the "order in line" tablets were working, and several people were trying to use those. But the employees were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious!"
