"I think it's very disappointing that Shipley's is changing the menu. And taking the crunchy donut away from the menu. This is one of the main reasons I can buy here. It probably be one of the main reasons. I do not come by anymore. The crew here and staff is great and amazing. But because that one change it may keep me from going to any shiply again. I guess it's time to return to dunkin donuts"
