Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is the second and last time I go here. The immature employees make it known with their sighs and snickering that they are annoyed with your presence because you’re making them have to stop playing with their co-workers, get off their phone, and do their job. Then, they are always out of basic things like lettuce and chips really early in the day! I SHOULD have left when I saw that the counter was a huge mess of food scraps everywhere and the people making the food lacked basic hygiene. That night I immediately felt the abdominal pain and diarrhea associated with eating here again. No other Chipotle’s does this to me and I order the same thing every time. Needless to say, a surprise food inspection here is long overdue so I went ahead and made a report with the COA health inspector."

"This is such a small and quaint little Chipotle. My sister and I had lunch here before we went to 6Flags. It was very quick when they were serving us our 2 separate bowls. They weren't stingy on anything, especially the guacamole, like other places. My bowl was so full I had to ask for a lid because my eyes were bigger than my stomach and I couldn't finish. Leftovers were great still, though."

"I placed an online order for chicken and lettuce. When I arrived the pictured portion is what I received. The cashier stated that was the portion size for chicken. The manager refused to correct the order and stated I need to contact 1-800-CHIPOTLE. The service at this location is terrible. Please make sure you check your orders before leaving."

"Eating here is a gamble. If you don't order ahead, you'll be waiting in line for a while and you get good food, but if you order ahead they'll charge you $20 for a small portion. Food is good, but a ripoff if you're not watching the person making it."

"Placed my order in advance for pick-up and arrived at the scheduled time, but my order was not ready as promised. This was not my first time experiencing a disappointing visit to this location, and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the service. While waiting for 25 minutes, I was informed that the delay was due to the store running out of rice and beef. While I understand that this can happen, I was disappointed to learn that my order had been thrown away and not started until I arrived to pick it up. When I tried to speak with the manager about the situation, she appeared to be ignoring me and I was unable to wait any longer just to talk to her. Unfortunately, when I finally received my order, it looked nothing like the delicious burrito I had been anticipating. Instead, it was more like a giant squished taco, and quite frankly, it looked quite unappetizing. Overall, my experience with THIS Chipotle was not a positive one. While I appreciate that the store ran out of some ingredients, I was disappointed by the poor service and lack of communication from the manager. I hope that in the future, Chipotle can work to improve their customer service and ensure that all orders are prepared with care and attention to detail."
