Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen 905 North Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75050

"I placed a mobile order at 5:40pm 1/27/24. I arrived at Popeyes to pick up my order at 6pm. They had me pull up & said they would bring it out to me. When it got to be 6:20pm, I walked inside to see what was going on. I am now late to work, & won't have time to eat my meal beforehand, and don't have a way to warm up my food. I waited an additional 5 minutes in the store while they still tried gathering my food, first stating the nuggets just came out, then saying the ticket didn't print. I got my food at 6:25pm, 45 minutes after placing the order. I won't be coming back to this location, & since its the only one closest to me, I won't be getting Popeyes for awhile. Oh, I did get a free pie for my wasted time & not being able to eat my food. Thanks I guess?"

"Decided to try out Popeyes wings... let me say I definitely recommend. The flavors I tried were sweet and spicy, honey bbq. Very tasty."

"This place could do better. Service is slow and the drive thru person was a bit rude. Not sure what is put in the mash potatoes but looked like pork and I don’t eat pork. Would appreciate if Popeyes was specific with ingredients"

"I usually stop at this location before every Cowboys game and have for a couple of years now. Service is generally quick. Food comes out hot and fresh. I mainly always pick up chicken sandwiches because theirs are the best. However my last visit I picked up at 10-piece dark manager special for $7.99 and was pleased with everything that I received. By the way when I pick up chicken sandwiches it's always seven because there's seven of us."
