"I normally have fine service at this Dutch bros location, but tonight I am writing this review because the person working the stand let me sit in line while she talked to someone in the car in front of me for 10 minutes. The car was there when I pulled up, and it was clear to me that they were having a friendly conversation rather than one centered around coffee or service, and they just let me sit there while they continued their conversation. I tried to have the benefit of the doubt, wondering if maybe someone was inside making their coffee still, but they were never handed a coffee before they finally drove off. I then received my order in less than 2 minutes. I just want the management team to know of this unprofessionalism. Thank you."

"This is my first time trying Dutch Bros! I purchased the medium (16oz?) hot Oatmeal Latte w/pumpkin flavor - it is DELICIOUS! Oatmeal “creamy”, subtle sweetness, and a hint of pumpkin! It is perfection and exactly what I was looking for (I was craving pumpkin). 10/10 will def get this drink again and may get wild and try something new! I tipped $2 so total came out to $8. Service was awesome."
