"Stopped by for 2 double stacked tacos on 2/26/2024 around 4:45pm. Guy working the drive through told me that they no longer offer the double stacked taco... Had my wife check taco bell's website to ensure the double stack taco is still available and sure enough, Hebron location happily prepared "the unavailable" menu item for us. Why would you lie about a menu item being discontinued, then offer to make something else? It's not important really, just want the owner to understand that their staff is awful. Edit. I just looked at the review distribution for this location.. Never in my life have I seen that many 1-star reviews... TACO BELL CORPORATE - part ways with this franchise owner, they're ruining your brand and image."

"I experienced really bad customer service after stopping at the location to grab some food. I'm assuming the female who was working at the drive- thru window did not want to be at work. She was rude as heck kind of reminded me of that time when i passed through Mississippi.."

"I have visited this location twice in recent months when I was on a tight schedule, and my order placed in store was not ready fast during the lunch period. I also wish the store had more high tables. I recommend ordering on the app prior to traveling to this location to save wait time."

"Leaving this review while sitting at the drive thru. Had a semi large order for the guys at work and was told after waiting 20 minutes that they were only going to make certain items I ordered because there were other people behind me. The guy at the window just kept saying idk it's a new system and arguing about why they can't make my order. Hands down the worst taco bell I have ever been to in my life. 2.6 stars out of 190 reviews and I understand why. Will never be coming back here."
