"My rating would've been 1 star had it not been for this extremely kind and helpful young lady. I believe her name is Lori. There were some issues with a return and she clearly and concisely explained everything and even offered alternatives. My wife and I left very happy. When otherwise it would've been pretty upsetting. If she's not already then she should definitely be in management. If the Ross here in Donna wants to succeed they need more people like her. J. J."

"One of the best stores for quality discount clothing... My wife loves it! We highly RECOMMEND! Burlington very similar but we feel it is generally cheaper. And DDs is also similar but even generaly more cheap than the first two."

"I understand is the busiest time for retail because of Christmas seanson but the store was a mess. Two random ladies shopping mentioned to me the way the store was messy and we couldn't even go through the hallways with the store carts. Clothing, shoes, pillows, toys, boxes, etc were on the floor. Not to mention the carts and people standing in the hallways looking at merchandise with the hallways being kinda tight. The bathrooms the same way, with used toilet paper spilling the trash cans and all over the floor. There is only so much the employees can do, but we as customers can do better. There is no need to try shoes and leave them on the floor. Or leave clothing/ items just because they fell and we don't want to pick them up. Or leave our used toilet paper on the floor, that is disgusting. We need to be more conscious and be respectful. I do not believe we act this way in our own home!!!"

"The only thing I seemed to find wrong was their ladies shoe department. It was quite messy. Shoes were all over the floor making it difficult to go by with shopping cart. My cashier was a sweetheart, very friendly and efficient, she is Associate #2322346. I was impressed that this store (#2304) had six cashier opposed to other that only have 2 at the most. Will certainly come back to shop here again."
