"Usually, when my wife and I come to this subway, there are two wonderful ladies who welcome us and make us our sandwiches or wraps. But when I went in three days ago, this new helper to me made the worst sandwich with little tuna on the bread and had the nerve to charge me full price. Ya'll about to lose my business, if you don't come to terms."
"I work 4 min away in a medical facility well known. I googled nearest subway because I craved broccoli cheese soup. I arrived they had no soup, then I asked for flat bread, they had no flat bread, frustrated at this point, then I asked for a wrap. She pulled out a wrap looked like a 12 inch burrito,I said no I just want something small not a lot of bread because I went to Tom Thumb to get my soup. She says no it has to be purchased this way LOL. She chunked a sub bread on counter like take this or leave it. Very rude and yelled have a nice day as I walked out. I went back to my job of 25 employees who said WE COULD HAVE TOLD YOU WE NEVER GO THERE SMH! Sad to miss well known staff known that serve this area and community to say we will never go there. Word of mouth speaks volumes that could destroy that location"
"Absolutely horrible experience. Did a mobile order, picked it up and brought it home. Went to eat the sub “the monster “ and knew immediately something was wrong because the bag felt so light. Opened it up and the little slices of bacon covered the lack of meat that was on the sandwich. Ordered a foot long but 6” of it was bread. (Crazy they wanted $14 for that???). Anyway, went back up there and asked for a remake and they made it exactly the same way. They explained to me that is all the meat they are supposed to provide for that sandwich… Not mad at the girl working.. she was very nice and professional. I asked for a refund and she told me I would need to call the manager’s number on the bottom of my receipt. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS. CRYSTAL!!! Probably one of the most unprofessional phone calls I have ever been a part of… and it was mindblowing that I was speaking to a “manager”. She was extremely rude when all I was trying to do was get a refund for a sandwich I didn’t eat (not even a bite!!!) and returned to the store. She became this way after I asked the name of her supervisor that was supposed to be contacting me the following day. My whole family was in the car listening to this lady and everybody was dumbfounded. My 10 & 11 year old said “I could be a better manager than that!! Actually Price (our 2 year old nephew) could be a better manager than that!!” Needless to say, I only ever leave positive reviews to help guide people to the best spots. This is my first 1 star review ever. Hopefully I receive a call from the supervisor tomorrow … still didn’t get his name as Crystal refused to give it to me before hanging up on me."
"Poorly manage location. Saturday afternoon, only one person working, line to the door. The lady working was very friendly and had to deal with everything by herself. They were out of meatballs because she never got a break to make them. Ordered a six inch roast beef, and it came with only 2 small slices of meat. The sandwich was all bread, dry, and even worse than the last subway I had. I thought I would try them again with th3 whole fresh sliced3at campaign, but I think it actually for worse."
