"Set up appointment online for a realignment and to replace all 4 of my tires since the whole suv would shake when I drove above 60. The tires arrived at the shop on time, my alignment is good, my tires are great, my car no longer shakes! Customer service via phone and in person was great. I did drop off the car and they were clear with me that there was another car in front of me still being worked on and the employee needed to take his break, which I completely understand but I’m happy they communicated. Received my car back before the end of the day! Took about 2 hours for them to work on it considering I arrived late so another car got there before me and the mechanic needed to take a break."
